NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Supreme Source® Product Review Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins at or about 12 noon Central Time on June 19, 2017 and ends at 5 pm Central Time on July 14, 2017 (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period, visit http://bit.ly/2tGKNHy. Select a Supreme Source® product to review, fill out applicable information including your email address, and hit submit to post your review.

You may also enter the Giveaway by mailing a postcard with your name and email address or phone number to:

RULES, ENTRY GUIDELINES, CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Entrants may submit a review for multiple products, but only one review may be submitted per product. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification

WINNER SELECTION: Administrator will select five (5) winners from among all eligible entries. The winners will be selected by 5:00 PM CT on July 17, 2017 by random drawing and immediately notified of the prize by Sponsor via email.

PRIZES: Five (5) prizes will be awarded following the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per household.
