Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dogs love this one! Too early to see results yet but the way I saw both my dogs take to this food and eat every bite makes me pretty confident. My pittie x developed severe skin allergies after 5 years. Took her in for an allergy inj and meds- expensive visit - has to return again 8 weeks later. No fleas, no changes in anything. I’ve been telling hubby for a long time to please follow what I’m trying to suggest- elimination- as a retired vet tech 20 years, I knew what to do, just couldn’t get co operation. I am looking forward to seeing results soon- can’t wait! I’m trying the Turkey meal and sweet potato recipe right now. Plus the added vitamins A and E are great for the skin.

So I add some fish oil and an egg to my dog's food daily and every other day respectively. This food is amazing for the price. It's grain-free, made in the US, and has no artificial additives. My dog has done well with this food after seeing results when he previously ate cheap food with grains(he was once the family dog but now is really my dog). Unfortunately, the store that sells this food only sells 12lb and 6lb bags. I switch with the flavors around but turkey and salmon are his favorite but chicken is the little one's favorite.

I have seen great improvement in their coat, the itching has slowed way down and no more rashes!!! I would highly recommend this dog food to anyone who suffers from skin allergies....it is wonderful!!!

I've had Lucy for six months now -- when she came she was covered in hot spots and as skiiny as a rail because she'd never been fed anything but cheap kibble. I've been making her food to put weight on her and heal her skin from her grain allergy. It's time to start getting the wider nutritiion of a high quality dog food into her so I picked up a small bag of Supreme Source Salmon and Sweet Potato to mix into the homemade. She loves it! This is amazing because she is very picky -- she will not.eat beef, other kibbles, egg or pork. But she loves this food. Thanks from both Lucy and me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best dog food I’ve found!! I have a full blooded Siberian Husky who has a VERY sensitive tummy. We have been through some of the most expensive brands that just don’t seem to be appetizing to him or he gets bored with after a few weeks. Because of recurring ear infections, our vet suggested a salmon and sweet potato diet. We found Smart Source at our local grocery store (which is the ONLY place in town that carries it) and ever since he tried it for the first time he won’t eat anything else!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Huskies Love this food I found this by accident about a year ago only because my oldest husky (15 years old) was refusing to eat anything except for chicken I cooked for them. My two other were ok, however our middle aged boy developed an allergy to corn, so that was also and issue. I luckily found Supreme Source and our senior and the other two love it. In fact Skylar (our old guy) actually does a "happy dance" when I am putting his bowl down for his meal. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for a good quality, nutritious and fulfilling product for our dogs. Only draw back, the largest bag I have been able to find is the 12 pound one and with three huskies it goes fast so have to buy 3 at a time. But I do it because it is worth it.

It has a lot of ingredients that are agreeable to our dogs. I would definitely recommend Supreme Source Pet! We can’t wait to try the other ones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be great I’ve bought the salmon variety for my dogs for years and they loved it but then something changed and they started to look poorly and have stomach issues. For whatever reason the food now has “faba” beans which I assume is their clever way of disguising FAVA beans. Fava beans are NOT good for your dog no matter what the company says. Research it. Long time high volume buyer no more. Goodby Supreme Source...until the “faba” beans go away.

I decided to try it after reviewing the ingredients - which is very important to me with my rescued and foster dogs. Some of the dog foods I normally buy, which are quality brands, continue to increase in price and become costly. So I decided to give this brand a try and I had some top wagging reviews, double-lick bowls and each one checking another's bowl, just in case one morsel was missed. Even for me, the look and smile seem more appealing than other brands. I would recommend this to another and my dogs give it 2 paws up.

I started feeding him the salmon kibble and Harry's fur is so nice to touch now and he's not itchy and scratchy anymore! I love this food!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good food, wish the kibble was bigger This has been food that all my dogs like and I'm particularly pleased that my allergy prone dog has had no problems while on the salmon meal food. However, I wish the kibble came in bigger size. 4 dogs ranging in size from 14-60 lbs inhale the food instead of having to chew and then cough up kibble. Additionally, if I drop some on the floor it goes everywhere, including under the fridge. I can't seem to figure out if any of the varieties come in larger kibble.

After an over 400.00 vet visit and some meds, the problem came back a week later after the meds were gone. Not once did the vet tell me to try a grain free diet, but after researching on the internet, I decided to give it a try. I checked out the brands at my grocery store and bought 2 bags of the salmon and potato recipe. I had read on the internet to go with a salmon recipe for dogs with digestive problems. I have been soaking the kibble in water before giving it to him, but it's been over a week now and he hasn't vomited once. I'll slowly go to the hard kibble as I feel more secure hard food won't make him vomit again. I've been adding chicken or egg also, but will taper off that too once I feel more secure. It was very hard watching him not being able to keep food down, so I'm still nervous, but every day I feel better about this food. He loves it also! *:)

Ive tried this food off and on for around a year now and it is literally the only dog food my dog can eat without having a reaction/runny stools. We’ve tried Zignature, Fromm, Wellness, Taste of the Wild, etc. and NONE work with him but this food. However, the Faba Beans as the second ingredient make me really nervous. They are known as a toxic bean to dogs. Supreme Source PLEASE take this bean out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't get enough! I have two semi-large dogs. A Siberian Husky mix and a Retriever mix. Both are very picky eaters. I had tried all brands and kinds of dog food to no avail. Both dogs would eat whatever was given to them at first, then after a day or so, would leave the food in the bowl and not eat. When I tried the Salmon Meal & Sweet Potato Recipe, I was shocked, as both dogs LOVE the smell, taste and enjoyed that there were small pellets to chew on as opposed to big nuggets. (Both dogs are girls, who actually like to chew their food, as opposed to gobbling it down like our prior male dogs used to do.) I feel so much better knowing I'm giving them a grain-free product that is essential to their health needs, and one that they actually love to eat. They are happy pups, which makes me a happy fur mom. I now have to buy two large bags each time I go to the store, as word has gotten out. This dog food is the best!

Since switching exclusively to Premium Source Salmon two years ago, all of our dogs have blossomed. Skin issues are gone and energy levels are up. We are firm believers in this product and our dogs are too. Highly recommend!!

He got the salmon and sweet potato blend. We have tried lots of dog food brands and he was most excited when it came to this one. I would definitely reccomend Supreme Source!

I have used other brands in the past like Purina One and they would get sick or itch etc. They also really enjoy this brand of dog treats. My cat uses their indoor formula and cat treats as well.

Then, the unexpected happened. My Chinese crested powderpuff that had alopecia for unknown reasons (perfectly healthy per the vet) became, well, powderpuffy again! The results are amazing!

One of my dogs has severe skin allergies and had lost a good bit of fur; it grew back in spots, but after a few months on this food his fur grew all the way back in! His allergies were so mild this summer in comparison to last year as well. I actually initially purchased this brand on a whim because the pricing was reasonable and it's small peices of kibble; turns out it's a great product ❤️

Always bought the turkey and sweet potato, but my market ran out due to shipping issues and I was forced to try the salmon and sweet potato. Be very careful if you get this food -- Daisy wakes me in the a.m. asking for it, and then is eating it before I can pour all of it in her dish! I was worried there would be a fishy smell (salmon and seaweed together), but it's not an issue. Somehow she knows when it's 5:00 and dinner time -- same wild reaction to the food! Her coat is soft with little dandruff, and she's really perky and energetic. And another upside is since it's so high quality, I can serve a smaller portion than the mainstream brands of kibble. She's maintaining her weight, eating well and the vet says she's crazy healthy.

Wish it was a lil bit more affordable for people who have service dogs... I spend 1/7 of my mnthly $ for dog food... And i vant switch now....HE LOVES IT.. And his licming problem stopped thanks to the wellboost in it and his dry skin issues are gone.. He is soo pretty and healthy..oh n his bathroom breaks arent as frequent....great food for a great dog. Please email me when 40 or 50 lb bags are available..thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its like rolling back the clock I have heard the radio ads for this dog food and thought the claims made were just another example of creative advertising hype. I was feeding a locally made food, but tried Supreme Source when my store was out of my normal choice. After three weeks, I can say that my 12 year old yellow lab is a changed animal. Better energy, much improved mobility and dramatically less waste to clean up. She's an old lady, but now gets Zoomies again. That hasn't happened in at least two years. Never would have believed just changing her food would make that huge a difference. It has. I'm a believer. The cost is more than my old brand, but definitely worth every penny. I am a fan, so is my old lady dog Roxy. Highly recommend this food.

After working diligently with a pet health center it turns out poor doggo is allergic to beef, chicken, turkey.... It was suggested to try a salmon based food. After researching a bit I decided to try Supreme Source. I am so incredibly glad I did. He has not had any signs of IBS since and it's been 5 years. GREAT PRODUCT!

Note only was this grain free, it was fresh and had a nice texture. It was not moist, nor was it overly dry. It didn't have any additives or colors in it. My dog absolutely loved it. She is sensitive to EVERYTHING. She has skin allergies and food sensitivities. I have her on a limited ingredient grain free diet. I steer away from chicken and turkey as well. My dog loved the food. I have yet to try the lamb for her.

I finally got him to switch to Supreme Source after about a year, and our dog has never looked better. He loves his food, his coat is shiny, and he has fewer eye boogers than he did with his old food. He has the least dander and cleanest eyes on the Pork Peas & Wild Boar recipe

ADULT:
Every dog is different, so optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size, activity level, breed and environment. For adult dogs, feed once or twice daily. Use table and adjust to maintain body weight.

PREGNANT OR NURSING FEMALES:
Food consumption may vary during gestation, so feed the amount needed to maintain the pregnant female’s good body condition. Food intake may double or even quadruple during lactation.

PUPPY:
For puppies ages 4 weeks to 6 months, feed approximately 1/2 cup for every 2 lbs of body weight. For puppies ages 6 months to 12 months, feed approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup for every 2 lbs of body weight.

MAKING THE SWITCH TO SUPREME SOURCE®:
We created our recipes in order to offer an alternative for those pets with food sensitivities. In order to avoid similar digestion issues while changing your dog’s diet, it is important to allow 7-10 days to transition to Supreme Source®. Each day during the transition, simply reduce the percentage of the current food and increase the percentage of Supreme Source® in your dog’s diet until you are feeding 100% Supreme Source®.
